Shopping at Sparkling Drop is easy.
Once you have chosen what you’d like to buy and the size, you can put the items in your shopping cart by clicking on ‘Buy Now’, you can also review your shopping list and delete any items that you don’t wish to buy at the moment. Log in with your email address and password, enter your shipping address and make the payment.

How do I cancel an order once placed ?
If the order has not being shipped out, please contact our customer service team and they will assist you with almost all your queries.
In case the order has been shipped out, we would not be able to cancel the order, but you may simply refuse it and it will come back to us.
Prepaid: You may contact our customer service team, they will have the product picked up and once we receive the product back, refund will be processed.

How will I be refunded ?
All refunds are done on the original mode of payment. If you have paid online through a credit/debit card the refund will be processed on the same card. If you have paid through COD, you will be sent a cheque within 14 days.

Yes! We ship all over the world. Shipping charges apply for orders outside India. Also, there may be restrictions on certain products to be sold outside India. Please check the options before placing the order.
Is it possible to request for a change of delivery address at any point of time after the order has been placed ?
